My order showed up quickly, which was nice, and most of everything was exactly what I expected. One item came in the wrong color though, which was a little annoying even if it wasn’t a huge deal. If you’re ordering, I’d just recommend checking everything as soon as it arrives so you can catch any small mix-ups right away

Loadoutroom.com has some solid info, and the pages loaded fine for me, so I can’t really complain too much. But finding what I was looking for felt oddly harder than it needed to be, like the layout was designed by someone who didn’t want you getting there too quickly. Not saying there’s some grand scheme behind the menus or anything, but it definitely had that “why is this buried?” vibe. Overall, it’s decent and worth checking out, just a bit clunky to browse

The site looks real, and I did find some helpful info on gear there... but I’m not 100% convinced yet. A few pages feel a little outdated, and the reviews seem kind of mixed. I’d probably use it, just wouldn’t buy anything without double-checking first.

I had a frustrating experience trying to get help from customer service. The replies took a long time, and when they finally did respond, it didn’t really answer what I was asking. Something about the whole interaction just felt off, like they were more interested in getting rid of me than actually helping. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

The order itself was fine once it finally got here, but the shipping took way too long. I kept checking the tracking and it barely moved for days, like it was just sitting there. I waited longer than I expected, it was frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but if I needed something quickly, I’m not sure I’d order again.

I’ve checked out loadoutroom.com a few times when I was trying to compare gear, it was helpful. The reviews gave me enough info to narrow things down before buying, which I appreciated, saves a bit of guesswork, you know?

That said, some of the stuff they cover is definitely on the expensive side. Like, it might be solid gear, but I caught myself thinking… is this really worth it for someone just buying for regular use? Overall, good site, just not always sure the value lines up with the price.

I had a good time browsing Loadoutroom, they’ve got a nice mix of gear and outdoor stuff. I found a couple of brands I was actually looking for, which was awesome 🙂 A few things were out of stock, but overall it’s still a solid site if you’re just checking out gear options.

Some of the articles were fine, but the expert advice felt light to me. I was hoping for more hands on, practical info instead of the kind of general stuff you can find anywhere. A few things seemed a bit outdated too. Its not terrible, but I wouldnt really count on it when making gear decisions.

I was disappointed with this. The stitching started coming loose way sooner than it should have, and the whole thing just felt kind of cheaply made. I’m guessing they cut corners on the materials or thread, but either way, it didn’t feel worth the money to me

I tried to return my order and it turned into way more of a headache than it should’ve been. Everything was handled through slow emails, and I couldn’t get an actual person to talk to, which made it even more frustrating. I had to keep chasing them for updates, and the refund took forever. i don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I’m disappointed with this gear. I only took it on two short hikes, and the straps already started fraying. I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but it should definitely hold up better than that. The company should take responsibility for the quality here and make this right...
